Terms & Conditions
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using PlusCarwash India's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. BOOKING & PAYMENT
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is required at the time of booking or upon service completion, depending on the service type.
- Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person
- We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, UPI, Paytm, and other digital payment methods
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- GST (Goods and Services Tax) is included in the displayed prices as per Indian tax regulations
3. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Cancellation and refund policies:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment receive a full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may incur a 50% cancellation fee
- No-shows will be charged the full service fee
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method
- Refunds for UPI payments may take additional time as per bank processing
4. SERVICE LIABILITY
While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, PlusCarwash India is not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or damage caused by vehicle defects. We recommend inspecting your vehicle before and after service. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid, as per Indian consumer protection laws.
5. VEHICLE CONDITION
Customers are responsible for:
- Removing personal belongings from the vehicle
- Disclosing any existing damage before service
- Ensuring the vehicle is accessible and unlocked
- Providing accurate vehicle information
- Ensuring the vehicle is in a safe condition for washing
6. MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Unlimited Wash Club memberships:
- Monthly membership fees are charged automatically
- Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice
- Unused services do not roll over to the next month
- Membership benefits are non-transferable
- Membership is valid only at our Phagwara location
7. WEATHER CONDITIONS
In case of extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, etc.) that prevent safe service delivery, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments. Customers will be notified in advance, and no cancellation fees will apply.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PlusCarwash India and is protected by Indian copyright laws.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Phagwara, Punjab, India.
